Our Installation Process
Thorough System Disassembly
We start by safely removing the compressor, receiver/drier (or accumulator), orifice tube, and related components as needed.
Complete System Flushing
All system components—condenser, evaporator, and hose assemblies—are flushed using a professional, non-oil-based A/C flush. We backflush the condenser and replace any hoses with mufflers if there’s been internal compressor failure. Parallel flow condensers are always replaced for your safety.
Expert Compressor Preparation
We carefully drain all existing oil at the suction and discharge ports, then add the exact type and amount of new oil per your vehicle’s specification. Our technicians double-check your manufacturer’s recommendations, even if decals are missing or unclear. We ensure the compressor is lubricated and rotated for optimal operation.
Precise Reassembly
Every removed component is meticulously reinstalled, including pressure switches and other key elements. We ensure everything fits perfectly and works as intended.
